Mark Brown has spent more than four decades writing and delivering training programmes across the home improvement industry. His experience spans an exceptional breadth of sectors: conservatories, windows and doors, living spaces, kitchens, driveways, landscaping, alarms, solar, bedrooms, and more. He has been both employed and self-employed throughout his career, and has trained well over 10,000 sales professionals in that time.

He has worked as a national training manager and regional sales manager, writing and delivering programmes at scale — from individual one-to-one sessions through to large group training — across a wide variety of home improvement products and companies. Throughout it all, his focus has remained the same: helping salespeople perform at the highest level they're capable of.

He is also a performance and life skills coach who works with people on breaking through limiting beliefs, identifying their goals, and finding the clarity to achieve them. His clients aren't limited to sales professionals — Mark has worked with people from all walks of life.
